At Towcestrians Sports Club, we are committed to protecting your privacy and information security.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you are aware of the steps we take to protect your privacy, what information we collect, how we use it now, or may use it in the future and what your rights are.

We collect directly from you the information provided when you complete an application form for membership of Towcestrians Sports Club.

  1. To offer, administer and provide information relating to club events/functions and match results.
  2. To keep you notified of relevant Towcestrians Sports Club offers, news, offers and information, which we think, may be of interest to you including by email, post or telephone where you have granted us permission to do so.
  3. To send you market research surveys for information purposes in order that we can improve the facilities of the club.

We undertake the activities above for the reasons below:

 

  • Point 1 above – to fulfil any contractual obligations we may have when you make purchases from us.
  • Points 2 & 3 above – on the basis of your consent.

 

What we do with the information that we collect? 

We wish to ensure you are kept up-to-date with what we are doing and share any information that we consider will be of legitimate interest to you. We only email when we have something we consider is worth sharing and we will never share your contact details or your personal details with anyone else.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the links within the Towcestrians Sport Club website and the links to other websites.
